ALMEGA SKILLS & WELLNESS CONSULTANCY started out of the heart of a Social Worker relating to the plight in the workplace for personal and work life balance. As a professional, I have studied M.A. Occupational Social Work degree with an emphasis on employee wellness programmes and issues pertaining to workplace productivity.
Hence, this consultancy currently offers counselling, coaching and training in the workplace. Further offerings in organising wellness days, team building events and other related programmes. The office is based in Johannesburg South, however travelling to employees workplaces and homes for consultation, where necessary is also part of taking care of the needs of the clients. A customised programme can be developed for your organisation based on a needs assessment conducted and discussed at initial meetings.
